What Pharmry provides

Pharmry is an information directory that helps you discover places and compare them. We do not provide care, take bookings or handle payments, and we are not an agent of any listed business.

Being listed, featured or highly placed on the website is not an endorsement or recommendation of a place or provider. We do not verify licenses, credentials, qualifications, insurance networks or the quality of care. You are responsible for choosing a provider. Any care or other dealing you have with a listed business is between you and that business, and we are not responsible for its services, staff, premises or conduct.

Who may use the website

The website is intended for a general audience. You may use it for your personal, non-commercial research, and businesses may use it to check and improve their own listing. If you are under the age of majority where you live, please use the website with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

• it contains no patient information or other health data about any person;
• you are the business owner or are authorized by the owner, if you ask for a change to a listing.

You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive and perpetual license to use, edit, adapt, translate and publish your submission on the website. We decide which places are listed and how they are presented. We may decline a request, edit a listing or remove it at any time. Being listed does not create any partnership, agency or endorsement.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the website lawfully and in a way that does not harm us, other users or listed businesses. In particular, you must not:

• copy, scrape, crawl or republish substantial parts of the website by automated means, or use the content to build a competing directory or dataset, without our written permission;
• try to gain unauthorized access to the website, its servers or its data, or interfere with its security or performance;
• send spam, malicious code or automated submissions through our forms;
