Position description
Responsible for coordinating clinical and administrative support resources to ensure Mayo Clinic Cosmetic Center patients/ clients receive appropriate, concierge level, expedited, and seamless service. Specifically:
• Engage with patients/clients to foster the practice-patient/ client relationship
• Educate prospective patients/ clients on procedure(s) of interest
• Coordinate scheduling consultation and procedural appointments
• Facilitate the financial transactions of cosmetic procedures including discussion of costs and financial payment options
• Optimizing the customer service experience of all our patients/ clients
• Assist the Operations Manager with marketing and outreach programs and working with vendors as needed

Qualifications
Associates degree in related field required. Minimum three years of healthcare related experience required. Must have prior desk, appointment, or secretarial experience, and a working knowledge of scheduling systems and procedures.

Additional qualifications
Five years of experience in communication, customer service, or patient care preferred. Requires good decision making and judgment capabilities, attention to detail, and follow-through. Proficient computer skills, strong organizational skills, superior clerical aptitude, ability to prioritize work, follow through independently, and ability to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously are necessary in this position. Requires the ability to work collaboratively and professionally to build rapport with others at all levels of responsibility. Must possess excellent interpersonal skills, communicate effectively by phone and in person, and be able to demonstrate a calm, caring, and helpful voice. Must maintain strict confidentiality of information and be adaptable in a changing work environment which may require upgrading skills.

License or certification
Licensed Aesthetician preferred.
