Senior Manager, Web Analytics Implementation

At Kaiser Permanente Digital (KPD), you will be joining a host of data scientists, engineers, and product managers who are working on exciting domains within web analytics, experimentation, recommendation engines, personalization, and search. We are looking for a manager to lead a team of Analytics Implementation Engineers that will work cross-functionally with several stakeholders to support tracking & measurement across all of Kaiser Permanente’s web properties.

What You’ll Do

Manage web analytics implementations from intake through launch including: leading business requirements meetings, capturing and documenting requirements, and managing timelines and expectations for delivery.
Lead instrumentation strategies and measurement frameworks across multiple websites & mobile apps.
Assess, audit, and identify gaps in existing tagging, infrastructure, and Adobe Launch configurations.
Build and cultivate relationships with business and product stakeholders to facilitate optimal tagging, reporting and analytics capabilities.
Regularly partner with data scientist to understand how they’re using the data, what challenges they face, and what data can be deprecated/onboarded to maintain a clean and usable set of metrics for the team.
Ensure the team stays up to date on industry trends and standard methodologies and incorporates them into our work.

Required Skills

At least 5 years of experience performing web analytics technical implementation for Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics via Google Tag Manager and Adobe Launch.
Data layer expertise and experience with JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS and other languages related to analytic enablement.
Experience with debugging tools such as Fiddler, Chrome Dev Console, Google Tag Assistant, etc., to unit test implementations.
Experience working in an agile environment, understanding dependencies across multiple tech teams, and coordinating launches with development release cycles.
Working experience with collaborative source code management using GitHub or similar.
Outstanding verbal/written communication, presentation, documentation, and organizational skills.
